What distance from the muzzle is he placing the chronograph? He may be too close, that will do it.

Isn't that bullet just the same one that "Quik-Shok" had out a few yrs. ago.
It was supposed to do the same thing if I remember right. I think the quik shok bullet was a little heavier, maybe 40 gr.
