Personal opinion, 4320 is a tad too slow for a 130 gr. bullet in that case. A slightly faster powder should fill the case properly and reach sufficent pressure to insure a consistant burn. Maybe 4064 ... |

I do have some experience with that little press. I was tired of all the spent primer grit dribbling down the ram of my RC so I got two Reloaders about ten years ago, one for a Lee universal decapper ... |

Neck sizing with standard neck dies doesn't do much, if anything, for case life and rarely does much for accuracy. Cases usually die from split necks and, on average, neck dies work them as much as ... |
