It's worse 'n havin' a mistress, too! While the end results are similar, the wife can get jealous and feel neglected.

The only slight exception I would have is to the advice regarding calipers. When you're no brighter than I am the digital kind work better - but this may just be another of those things that whatever you start with is what you prefer. I find the zero feature handy for quick referance and digital is more difficult to mis-read - but I've managed to do it.

In between sharing our limited knowlege on a variaty of subject, hunting being the major reason for this site, we also entertain each other. Sometimes at our own expence...
