That Chrono is on sale now at midwayusa.com for $86

Guess I'd better get it. Guess I'd better finish the 2 page list of stuff I need to get done at my place too!

I use the one called The Chrony Beta. Got it from Midway. It was about $100. I really like it. But watch out that you don't shoot it - don't ask me how I know.

Yeah It is a simple computer software it shouldnt be too hard to do.

I was thinking of just using the sensor in the chrony and write my own PIC software for
the timing system.. that would make it much easier to work with,
we could even add a 16x2 Alphanumeric LCD with instruction built in Razz
A PIC16F628 or 648 should be a ble to do it easily.
If graphical data is required a PIC18 should be able to handle it easy.
It would also be easy to hook it p to a PDA for fast protable data cruching.

What do you think Pumps?
Did you find out the output format yet?
