Anybody know what that building called?

Hm....it looks vaguely familiar mate....but I'm not sure what it is. I thought that maybe the surrounding view might be able to cast a little light on where it may be, but it is pretty well obscured by a wee lassie walking through what appears to be a market.


Oh well, I will study it in more depth, and put some thought into it and see what comes up.
